Just Apples is a cider made by klaar Fruchtfermente exclusively for Just Grapes, using 100% Goldparmäne grapes. Limited to 200 bottles.
Goldparmäne is a small, rather bitter apple, which is beautifully reflected in this cider. The bitter notes are not at all overpowering and are accompanied by a delicate acidity. Despite the rather subtle fruit notes, it is surprisingly easy to drink. Paired with a clear cider aroma of ripe apples, it fits perfectly into the autumn season.
KLAAR Fruchtfermente is a young, innovative company specializing in the production of modern interpretations of ciders and fruit wines. Founded in Hamburg in 2019, production has taken place at the Kneese fruit manufactory on Lake Schaalsee in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2021.
